All orders will be processed as received. If the specific piece you ordered is no longer available, a similar piece can be custom made to your specifications at no extra cost.

Payment can be made by Credit Card, check or money order. Cash is only accepted at Shows or galleries. Do not send cash through the mail

All items are carefully wrapped and shipped FULLY INSURED. A shipping estimate will be given to each order. Multiple orders will result in lower shipping costs. All artwork is non-returnable. If your order arrives damaged, steps will be taken to insure your investment is not lost.

 

Custom Order:

If you are interested in obtaining artwork of your own design or of a size and style not represented, please feel free to contact us for a quote. Each quote for custom work will be followed with a digital sketch for you to approve before construction begins. All custom orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit, the remainder of which must be paid before shipment.
Custom orders usually take 2 to 6 weeks, unless otherwise notified.

Care Instructions :

Do not expose the artwork to direct outside sunlight, extreme heat or excessive moisture. Handle display case with care. All attempts have been made to make your Beautifly artwork as sturdy as possible, but excess handling can scratch the surface or damage the butterflies.

DO NOT clean with window cleaner, or any multi-purpose household cleaning solution, as they usually contain ammonia and alcohol and will damage the acrylic surface, causing to it become yellow or cloudy. We recommend that you use Novus 1 Plastic Polish. We provide a small bottle of Novus 1 Plastic Polish with each order (does not include singles). Refills can be obtained for a nominal fee through us or you can contact your local plastics dealer.

Make sure you use a secure metal screw that fits properly into the hanging apparatus. Always use a wall-anchor when a stud is not available in the desired location.
